General

We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms out in this Refund Policy.

Any benefits set out in this policy may apply in addition to consumer’s right under the Australian Consumer Law.

Before making a purchase, please this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law:

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have failure rectified in a reasonable time.

Pre-Order

 

From time to time, we may hold sales and may provide the opportunity to take advantage of promotional offers by pre-ordering items in advance.

Full payment will be required in order to secure and order the item.

Refund

 

Paypal refund fee: (2.9% of the total refund amount + 0.3c standard fee from PayPal) - This is the fee that Paypal charges for every transaction. 

Refund via card or debit can incur a charge of 1.75% of total refund amount + 0.3c - This is the fee that Visa and Master Card charges for every transaction. 

Subscription:

We will reach out within 24 hours to help you pick the games you want for the month after you have placed the order and paid for the puchase.

We will charge you a standard monthly fee as stated when you first sign up. You will be given the opportunity to pay by credit card or by Paypal when you sign up. You can cancel your account at any time, but you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including a full monthly charge for the month for which you discontinued service. We reserve the right to change our fees any time for any reason, but whenever possible, we will give you at least one month’s advance notice of such changes.

You can cancel the subscription at any time via the My Subscription page after you have logged in to your member's account. Please feel free to reach out via email gamesneticaus@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

Change of Mind

Gamesnetic may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

Refunds and exchange

 

Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase and we will assist you through our returns process for:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Items received were not what you ordered 

  • Does not match with the description 

We are happy to assist with a refund or exchange. However, the item must be in the original condition (undamaged, never opened and in new condition).

For change of mind

 

You may get charge for the shipping fee or you can ship it to us using your own postal service. However, the item must be in the original condition (undamaged, never opened and in new condition).
